Chicks are Hatching… in November

Hello from WestCoast Farm! I hope everyone is staying safe and well during these trying times. Busy as usual here, but just a reminder that chicks are hatching regularly winter long here on the farm.

While shipping options are limited due to Covid-19, we are getting creative and of course following all recommended precautions to ensure safety for all. Contactless farm gate pickup by appointment is working well. Coops are under construction and we’ve been slowly getting a few out to people. Building costs have doubled and even tripled, so that’s been prohibitive.

The flocks are getting into full production again. Our next hatches will be November 25th and then December 11th. Let me know if you’re looking for some special additions…
